Congregation Beth Shalom, or CBS , is comprised of approximately 145 member families from all over mid-Missouri. Located in Columbia, MO, we are one of the few Jewish congregations in the entire region. Although we are associated with the Union of Reform Judaism, we strive to meet the needs of the entire Jewish community. Rabbi Yossi Feintuch leads our spiritual endeavors and serves as a liaison to other religious communities of mid-Missouri. We have active educational programs for both adults and youth, with religious school begining at the pre-school age and extending through high school. Our efforts at Tikkun Olam remain an important part of our congregational efforts.

For both security purposes and to ensure adequate seating for congregants, everyone will need a ticket to attend High Holy day services. Each congregant will be emailed tickets for this year's services. Tickets are for adult congregants - children and students may accompany their parents without a ticket. Students and members of the military, with IDs, and those who are new to the Columbia area, will receive complimentary tickets. Guests who are members of another Reform synagogue can receive complimentary tickets under our reciprocal ticket policy. Tickets for nonmembers that live in our community and are not included in the above categories will cost $100 per ticket, or $250 for family tickets. These tickets will provide access to all of our services. The cost of tickets is applied to your membership at Beth Shalom if you join later in the year. If you are not a member but would like a ticket, please call our office at 499-4855.
