Congregation Beth Shalom, or CBS , is comprised of approximately 145 member families from all over mid-Missouri. Located in Columbia, MO, we are one of the few Jewish congregations in the entire region. Although we are associated with the Union of Reform Judaism, we strive to meet the needs of the entire Jewish community. Rabbi Yossi Feintuch leads our spiritual endeavors and serves as a liaison to other religious communities of mid-Missouri. We have active educational programs for both adults and youth, with religious school beginning at the pre-school age and extending through high school. Our efforts at Tikkun Olam remain an important part of our congregational efforts.
Please view our calendar for dates of specific events.

As a broad tent organization, CBS welcomes anyone of any religion or background to all our functions and events. CBS membership is open to Jewish and Jewishly affiliated people, including inter-faith families. We welcome all people, always, and do not discriminate based on gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, ancestry, national origin, or disability.
